Biography: Heather Naylor

Heather Kathleen Naylor, BScPharm, ACPR

Heather is a pharmacist with Horizon Health Network in New Brunswick.  She currently splits her time between the roles of Regional Pharmacy Research and Education Coordinator and Nephrology Clinical Resource Pharmacist. Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University in 2009 and completed an accredited Canadian pharmacy residency with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in 2010. Heather is currently the vice chair of the CSHP Research Committee,  member of the CSHP Education and Development Committee, and past chair of the Canadian Renal Pharmacists Network.
