2023 Subscription Rates
The Canadian Journal of Hospital Pharmacy (CJHP) is published 4 times annually: Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Members of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) receive immediate open access to all issues of the CJHP as a benefit of membership. Other interested parties are welcome to purchase an annual subscription to the CJHP.
All orders must be paid in full and in Canadian funds before the first issue is released online. Renewing subscribers, please quote your account number. If you do not know your account number, please contact the CSHP.

Please fill out our CJHP Subscription Application Form 2023 and submit it to the CSHP via email: publications@cshp.ca.
Please note:
- All subscriptions must be paid in Canadian funds
- Please make cheques payable to the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists
- All subscriptions have a common expiry date of December 31st
- A 5% agency commission is available. No other discounts apply
- Individual subscriptions are assigned to one end user only. Please see subscription terms and conditions for further details
- Institutional subscriptions are assigned to a single/site location. Please see subscription terms and conditions for further details
Cancellation Policy
Only the unserviced portion of subscriptions will be refunded until May 1, 2023. After May 1, 2023, no portion of subscriptions will be refunded.
