Glen Brown, Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Providence Healthcare in Vancouver has served as an Associate Editor for CJHP since 2002. Glen is a passionate supporter of Canadian hospital pharmacy clinical practice and research. He has published numerous studies and editorials for CJHP during his time on the Editorial Board. He has supported an incredible number of Canadian pharmacists through the entire CJHP publication process from project concept, to carrying out the research, to publication. His contributions to CJHP and the pharmacy profession have been immense, and his colleagues will often share their stories of Glen’s impact on their clinical practices and research careers.
Glen has seen and contributed to many changes to CJHP, all the way from the previous paper version of the journal to its current online continuous publication model and many advancements in between. In particular, Glen has always been a strong advocate for CJHP prioritizing research specifically relevant to Canadian hospital pharmacy practice, and his support for Canadian pharmacy research has directly resulted in the improved quality of manuscripts published in CJHP.
The CJHP would not be the same without Glen’s dedicated, sustained contributions over the years, and the journal will continue to benefit from these contributions for many years to come. CSHP and the Editorial Board thank Glen for his many years of dedicated service to our profession.
